OCEA CONFERENCE: 2012 - Our Church Mobilization Team is partnering with our CoachNet friends to present one of the Thursday evening workshops at the OCEA event. The workshop titled "Doing What Leaders Do" will explore 8 behaviors that are part of what makes leaders more effective at generating the results they long for. This workshop takes place in Room 261, after the opening session of the Conference.
