Ever been in a conversation or meeting where emotions got heated, the volume increased, and the tension in the room became almost visible? Then you probably have been in or witnessed a "crucial conversation" where the stakes were high and people were passionate. Most of us need help to know how to disagree with each other in healthy ways. This workshop offers a few tools to help you navigate high-stakes, important conversations about difficult subjects with people who may not agree with you. Learn how to increase the likelihood of coming through those conversations with healthier decisions and stronger relationships.

Your Spiritual GPS
2:30-4:00PM – A&H 102 - Bill Johnson (Park Street)
Spiritual Transformation matters personally, and we believe transformation matters to the Brethren movement. But how much have you reflected on what Transformation looks like? To be more effective agents of God’s transforming work we must become students of transformation. This highly interactive workshop will name and explore 7 areas of life-long transformation that are part of becoming more like Christ. It will reframe your personal walk with God, and reshape your understanding of intentional disciple-making, both individually and corporately.
