OUR PARTNERS

David & Cecilia Molina

THEIR STORY

David and Cecilia Molina were sent by The Brethren Church in Argentina to start a church in Coria, Spain. Ministering through Sunday services, house meetings, and discipleship/evangelism studies, the Molina family continues to discover creative ways to reach the people of Spain with God's love. The Brethren Church in Coria is the only one of its kind for nearly 50 miles, and the fruit of the Molina's ministry continues to grow. ï»¿

NEWS & NOTEWORTHY

By Scott Soden 12 Oct, 2022
Your partners in Coria, Spain, just celebrated Christ’s work in their congregation and the lives of two brand-new believers. Cecilia Bruno-Molina sends us this incredible message: “Last August 14th, we had a wonderful day of baptisms in Casas de Don Gómez (a town 11 minutes from Coria with 277 inhabitants). Since we didn’t have space to carry out baptisms in the church, a sister offered us her house in this town. So we all moved there that day and stayed to spend some time together.” What a wonderful time of celebration and praise to our heavenly Father. Two new disciples and two lives being transformed by and through the Power of the name of Jesus and the Holy Spirit! Please keep this ministry and these two new believers in your prayers Ministry in Spain can often be tricky, especially when you're tucked away in a smaller community far from the hustle and bustle of significant population centers like Barcelona and Madrid. New believers coming to faith in the ministry in Coria, Spain often become missionaries to the larger cities when they leave the small town in search of employment and other opportunities. Although the congregation in Coria remains smaller, over its 25 years dozens of people have discovered new life in Christ Jesus and its reach and influence have crossed the whole of Spain and into Europe. This is their legacy, and it's your legacy too!
